DEAR HOTMOM,
Not that long ago I was in horrible Physical and emotional pain. I had been working for YEARS with a life-coach/Reiki master along with traditional therapy. Yet, I was still suffering. I would go to therapy and leave feeling defeated or a little better for a day or two then back down in the dumps.
To be honest, I didn’t fully understand what was going on, I just knew that I didn’t like it. My hormones were a mess and my body was showing signs of Fibromyalgia and severe chronic fatigue. Let’s not even go into relationships and money stress, YIKES.
Every day, I was in survival mode and I eventually surrendered after hitting another dead end BRICK wall.
I realized that I was creating the shit storm because my problems always had ME in it!
If other people could feel and have success.. Surely I could too? maybe I was just missing something?
and then, I decided that If I wanted to look and FEEL different, I had to address the energy in how I flow through life .
I took myself through a process of Understanding WHY I was feeling the way I felt.
I was WILLING to see things differently and lean into the fear of the unknown and the “quackery” to be honest. ( because, growing up southern baptist, This type of stuff was “witchcraft” and highly frowned upon. BUT, I was miserable and felt like I had exhausted all options, so, what did I have to lose?
My way wasn’t working and I FELT like it was time to go deeper.
After diving into the work, I IMMEDIATELY felt validated . I felt empowered and like I wasn’t so fucked up afterall.
I finally felt HOPEFUL, like, there was actually a way out afterall.
I started learning how to connect in and get the answers that I was seeking outside of myself. Everything started to make sense. I found JOY… I finally got a taste of what the so called, “woowoo, feel good people” had been talking about this whole time.
Things just made more sense and I finally found myself. I found the truth. I found my power. I cracked the ENERGY CODES!
